Have you received a bill from us, but have not consumed any energy without a contract? Then you have the option to object.

Attach supporting documents

The letter states until when you can object. To object, you need one of the following supporting documents:

  • Inspection or completion report: A report showing that you were unable to use energy during (part of) the stated period.
  • Purchase or rental agreement: A document stating that you later became the owner or tenant of the property.

Please note! If you receive a new invoice after your objection, it may be higher. This is because you receive a smaller discount on the energy tax.

    Do you use a single tariff? Then only High electricity (day) applies to you, and enter a zero for Low electricity (night).
