If you have received an invoice from us for consumption without a contract and are unable to pay the full amount, you can request a payment arrangement. You will receive a response from us within 5 business days.

Conditions for a payment arrangement

You can request a payment arrangement if you meet the following conditions:

  • You pay at least €50 per month.
  • The payment arrangement lasts a maximum of 12 months.

      Choose the date on which you make the first payment. After that, you pay each installment on the same day of the following month.
