Did you receive a bill from us, even though you did not consume any energy without a contract? In most cases, you have 2 weeks to file an objection.

The letter you received states the deadline for submitting your objection. When submitting your objection, please include one of the following supporting documents:
- Inspection or completion report
A report proving that it was not possible to consume energy during the entire period. - Sale or rental agreement
A document showing that you became the owner or tenant of the property at a later date.
Please note: If you receive a new invoice after submitting your objection, the amount may be higher. This is because you may receive a lower discount on energy taxes.
